Terms And Conditions
You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following product terms and conditions. Knewton Academy Pte Ltd shall be referred to as "Company" in the terms and conditions below.
The terms and conditions below apply to all packages regardless mode of payment unless otherwise stated.
In event of any conflict, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail.
1) PRICE
Unless otherwise stated, the total product price as indicated in the website is in USD dollars, and it is fixed and firm, not subject to escalation for the duration of the order; and includes all packing, testing and documentation costs.
2) ORDER & DELIVERY
You will be notified via email once your order has been confirmed, and this email will include all details relating to your order.
Product delivery fees shall be borne by buyer and the shipping fees varies from country to country.
Knewton is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.
3) PAYMENT
Full payment is required within 3 days upon place order. In the event that full payment is not received. You may contact our sales person at our office during office hours for any issues pertaining to outstanding areas.
Payment may be made in US Dollars by telegraphic transfer, cheques.
Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of order and forfeiture of Payment.
4) CANCELLATIONS
No cancellation will be allowed upon purchased any package of the Company product
5) PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Company products are covered by warranty for a 3 Years.
6) RETURN POLICY
Received your goods in bad condition or defective? Not a problem. Our products are covered by a warranty of 3 years. Send back the broken items. We will exchange a new one of your purchase.
All returns MUST: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes, thumbdrive and blank warranty card provided by Company. Items needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Shipping fee shall be borned by buyer.
Please note that the meaning of defective means the thumbdrive cannot functions properly, eg: failure to connect to PC, software doesn’t work properly.
The following are not considered as defective:

7) Copyright Notice
All of the Content you see and hear on this Website, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text, are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by the Company, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to the Company
You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer or create derivative works from the Content without first obtaining written permission from the Company
8) COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Complaints concerning defects in products delivered must be notified to the Company by e-mail immediately after discovery but at the latest within 3 days of receipt. The moment of receipt of the complaint by the Company is decisive.
A complaint must in any event contain:
- a detailed and accurate description of the defect(s); and
- a statement of any other facts from which it can be inferred that the products delivered and the products rejected by the Buyer are one and the same.
The Buyer is to enable the Company to investigate, or instigate an investigation of, the validity of the complaints on location and/or to take back the products delivered. The products must be stored in the original packaging.
Once the time limits referred to above have elapsed, the Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products delivered or the invoice rendered. The Company will no longer be obliged to handle any claims submitted by the Buyer.
9) VARIATION OF CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the terms and conditions, at any time without notice.
You will also be subjected to terms and conditions from third parties supplies.
